I’ve found these insoles to be excellent: after developing acute plantar fasciitis from unexpectedly having to walk a long distance in ill-fitting work boots, I was having trouble walking properly at all, but a combination of stretches, exercises and these insoles have made a huge difference. Obviously YMMV, but for me they’ve been a game-changer.
They have more rigid (but flexible) arch support than most others I’ve looked at and have sufficient foot bed padding without being too thick. The cloth surface also makes slipping work boots on and off a total breeze.
They’re pricier than many others but well worth it. In fact I just bought two extra pairs so I don’t need to be swapping them between shoes all the time.

I can’t believe the difference your socks and shoes have made in my everyday life. I will now only wear your socks and shoes at work.
