Back Care Solutions – BackFriend Back & Base

Just wanted to say thanks (and to Solutionist Judy). The parcel arrived around 9.30am this morning.
I know couriers have copped it in the ear during the pandemic for slow deliveries but I thought this service and the speed to get the goods to the customer was great. It has been heaven sitting on the BackFriend while WFH (working from home) today.

I am an 82 year old woman who has lived with a back problem ever since I had a bad spill from a horse at the age of 18.

When I was 22 years old I had a back operation which eased the acute pain leaving me with a vulnerable back where the pain was sometimes severe, and sometimes just plain uncomfortable. Sitting for any length of time was painful and often I’d avoid driving, going to lectures, concerts and movies simply because it was just not worth the discomfort. You could say my life was a bit restricted!

I’d just like to say a huge thank you for your amazingly prompt service. I ordered my shoes, insoles and socks late afternoon and early the following morning my package was delivered to my front door!!!

I was first introduced to your products via ACC. I wasn’t wearing a seatbelt when I rolled my car almost 3 years ago, although lucky to be alive I was left with debilitating and severe injuries.

I can’t believe the difference your socks and shoes have made to my every day life. After my first delivery of compression socks and shoes (with your insoles) I will now only wear your socks and shoes at work. Before I discovered these products I suffered with acute neck and back pain daily, often unable to walk after work. I had to take heavy painkillers, I’m happy to report I now am able to work an entire shift without self medicating. Your kelp/compression socks, insoles and shoes have given me a new lease on life. Thank you to the team for taking the time to contact me regarding my online order & for recommending a more suitable product. Since I received the orthotics I have been for a couple of good hill climbs over the last few evenings wearing them. I have found an instant improvement with both tightening of calf muscle, swelling to L knee (previous ACL reconstruction) after walking distances, and general comfort of feet.
Am doing a much longer hike this weekend, but wanted to let you know I am very happy with these orthotics…..they have made a huge difference & I don’t know why I didn’t try this a long time ago.
