Select the correct size according to our sizing guide.
Remove insole. Determine the most comfortable position for the pad to provide a comfortable lift to the metatarsal. DO NOT REMOVE BACKING. It is helpful to trace around the pad before removing it.
Peel paper backing from the metatarsal pad.
Stick metatarsal pad to the marked location on the insole. Place insole back in the shoe with the pad attached. Allow up to 1-2 weeks for the foot to adjust to the new support.

I love the product. I did feel the difference as soon as I started using the pad. It would have been better had it been an orthotist version i.e., full insole version in order to easily swap between different shoes.
